Our Process

Following your consultation and receipt of your invoice, a contract is signed and a non-refundable/non-transferable 20% deposit is required in order to start the design process of your stationery.

When placing your order, we strongly suggest ordering an additional 10%. If you invite additional guests, if one of your guest’s invitations is lost in the mail, or if your mother wants an additional as a keepsake, it will be easier and less expensive if you have them on hand already, versus placing a new order for that small of a quantity.

Please let us know ASAP if you’re crunched for time in getting your invitations out as we’ll have to make sure there’s adequate time to complete your order. The average turnaround time for invitations is 8-10 weeks. Please be advised that any orders placed with 1 months’ notice or less will be subject to a 20% rush fee.

After your contract is signed, please download the Event Details form to provide all information related to your big day. On this form, you should also provide the wording you would like to use for your invitation. If you prefer that we formulate the wording for you, please advise in the notes section.

Your stationery will be designed based on what is discussed at your consultation (e.g. colors, styles, themes, etc.) At least 3 designs will be sent for you to choose from. You will be permitted up to 2 rounds of revisions. During this time, please check for spelling and other errors. Any revision to your final design (beyond the 2 that are permitted) will be subject to a $20 revision fee.

Once your designs are complete, we will email final proofs for review. Please take a final look to confirm that all information is correct and the design is to your liking. Please send us an email upon review confirming that it is okay to start production of your invitations. If any additional changes need to be made, please let us know ASAP. Any changes made to your suite after your confirmation will be at your expense. If you would like a mock invitation mailed to your home before final approval, please let us know and we will assess a $10 fee to your balance.

If you are opting for a full Branding Package complete with Day-of-Deets, these additional pieces will be designed based on your invitation. It is important for your stationery to have a cohesive look! Normally, your Day-of-Deets (e.g. menus, programs, etc.) are designed and printed 4 weeks prior to your wedding. This allows time for you to finalize details with your venue and guest count. If you’d like your items sooner, we can definitely arrange this.

Once your items are complete, we will contact you to arrange delivery/pick-up or shipping.
